Pool is a third-generation Nursing Home Administrator.  He has over 20 years’ experience leading Nursing Home teams.  His healthcare journey has led him to Administrator positions in Oregon, Nevada, and Ohio.  He has experience working in Skilled Nursing, Long-term care, Mental Health, Assisted Living, and Group Homes.  His passion lies in helping people reach their maximum potential.  When not at work, Matt and his wife, Theresa, live in Akron with their dog, Luna.
